What is EasyExport?

EasyExport is a marketplace where dealers, gunsmiths, ranges, private individuals and other lawful buyers outside the USA can buy civilian firearms, parts, and accessories directly from American manufacturers and resellers. International buyers access the marketplace by clicking on the GET REGISTERED button on our website and creating a free EasyExport account. After EasyExport activates your account, you can order products from the sellers who work with EasyExport and they will ship to you. You can learn about our sellers and search their products by clicking on the SHOP button on our website. Most EasyExport sellers offer trade discounts gun shops and other business customers.

How does EasyExport work?

After your EasyExport account has been activated, you do business with the seller the same way you would do business with any other supplier. You place your order with the seller, you pay the seller, and the seller ships to you. EasyExport handles the export paperwork, advises sellers on shipping does whatever else we can to make it easy for buyers and sellers to do business.

How much does EasyExport cost?

EasyExport does not charge you for using our service. The sellers who use our service pay us.

When you buy products from a seller that works with us, you will pay the same price American customers pay, plus shipping and handling. You will see those charges before you pay the seller. Import charges will be collected by your government or the carrier when your order is delivered. You can find information in your EasyExport account about import charges in your country.

How do sellers ship?

Our sellers use conventional carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) for most shipments under 30 kg. Carrier restrictions on international transport of firearm parts and accessories limit options for certain shipments. EasyExport partners with sellers to ensure that shipments are successfully delivered.

Larger shipments, and all shipments that include firearms or serialized parts, are shipped by commercial airfreight using freight forwarders. EasyExport generates the shipping documents freight forwarders require and we happily provide whatever support our clients want. For clients who have never worked with freight forwarders, we provide introductions to freight forwarders we work with regularly.

How can I open a trade relationship with a seller who works with EasyExport?

Opening trade relationships with EasyExport sellers is easy. One way to connect with EasyExport sellers is to use the “Apply for Trade Relationships” tool in your EasyExport account. Complete the form and select the sellers you want to contact. It will take you five minutes. Also, we are happy to make personal introductions. Just create a free EasyExport account and then contact us at buyers@easyexport.net.

Can I buy products from sellers who are not on your website?

We only work with sellers who sign up for our service. We can’t help you do business with other sellers, but we are happy to work with you to persuade them to sign up for EasyExport. Several of the sellers who work with us today came to us that way.

Can I consolidate orders from multiple suppliers?

A major benefit of EasyExport is that sellers can ship parts and accessories inexpensively and quickly using conventional carriers. We are happy arrange consolidation of orders from multiple EasyExport sellers for shipment through a freight forwarder when that is a better solution. It is not possible, however, for us to consolidate orders from EasyExport sellers with orders from sellers who don’t work with us.

How do you use my personal information?

EasyExport respects your privacy. When you place an order with a seller, we share your address, telephone number and email address. We do not share personal information with anyone else for any purposes, except when required for legal process. In particular, we do not share your information with EasyExport sellers you have not done business with.

EasyExport uses your account information to approve and maintain your account and to process orders you place with sellers who work with us. We also send periodic communications about EasyExport.
